Biography
Ariany Cespedes is a Cuban-American bilingual actress best known for her lead roles in Rumors, produced by F.L.O.W and David Frankel, and George Karoba Jr.'s Veneer, which has been featured in over 20 film festivals and has won multiple awards. Recently, she filmed a day player role in the SAG feature film The Price for Freedom and will be co-directing and starring as Maria in The Sound of Music at her local theatre this Winter.
Her commitment to growth is evident as she actively participates in Improv classes at Just the Funny in Miami, often immersing herself in comedy shows every weekend. Her training consists of working with acclaimed industry professionals like Jesse Malinowski at Get Scene Studios, John D’Aquino in LA, and casting director Lori Wyman. Her expertise lies in improv, script analysis, on-camera techniques, sketch comedy, and musical theatre. Ariany just concluded her exchange semester in Madrid, Spain, where she gained valuable skills that will shape her future endeavors while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
As a Miami native with strong Cuban and Spanish roots, she cherishes her Hispanic heritage and has explored over 30 countries, with dreams of venturing to Asia and Africa. Her love for the beach knows no season. Often found leading the charge onto the dance floor, especially when grooving to her favorite tunes from artists like ABBA, Taylor Swift, and Billy Joel. Anticipation fuels her as she eagerly awaits her next acting role, yearning for a part in an award-winning film that not only touches the soul but also ignites faith and inspiration.
